Get trained to streamline your practice and make it more ethically safe for anger management and forensic work with standardized intake, secure form delivery, file organization, interpreter/translation workflows, and resource tracking.

This recorded training helps licensed clinicians build secure, repeatable systems for anger management and forensic clients. You will standardize intake kits (consent, ROI, referral/court details), set up secure online forms with clean handoffs to storage, organize Google Workspace (folders, naming, permissions), implement language-access workflows (translation/interpreters), and map resources with referral tracking and follow-up.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and assemble an intake packet for anger management and forensic referrals that lists at least six required documents (consent, ROI, referral source, court/order details, attendance policy, records request log).

  • Design and document a Google Workspace file system that includes a folder template, naming convention, permissions map, and a simple retention/archiving statement.

  • Create a written language-access workflow with at least five steps: decide translation vs. interpreter, verify vendor, pre-brief, add a documentation line in the record, and store translated materials securely.

  • Build a resource map and referral-tracking log (sheet or CRM) with the fields source, date, need, follow-up date, outcome, and a 7-day follow-up rule.

  • Document a secure intake pathway from website form to storage, specifying SSL page, form handoff, confirmation email, Drive folder destination, and access controls.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with nearly 15 years of experience, specializing in trauma-informed, culturally responsive systems for anger management and forensic clients.

My work centers on building secure, repeatable workflows—standardized intake kits, clear consent/ROI pathways, secure online forms, organized Google Workspace (folders, naming, permissions), interpreter/translation processes, and resource/referral tracking—supported by neutral, defensible documentation, ethical boundaries, and role clarity. In this course, I translate these practices into simple, step-by-step procedures so you can set up a compliant, efficient pathway from referral to follow-up.
